Spa Policies

The following information is intended to make your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

By booking an appointment with Complexions by Misty, you agree to the following spa policies.

Appointments

Appointments are time-based, one late client affects other client’s scheduled appointments. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to check-in, sign waivers (if needed), and update any new information. Late arrival might result in shorter treatment time, which I cannot adjust the pricing for.

Cancellations

Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, I kindly require a credit card to guarantee your reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no-show. If you fail to give a 24-Hour Notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you will be charged a cancellation/no show fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).

Payment Methods

I accept Cash, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Venmo.  All services. gift certificates, retail items are non-refundable. Gift certificates can be purchased online or at checkout. In the event of a no-show or cancellation without a 24-hour notice, gift certificates will become invalid and will be used to cover the cost of the missed appointment. 

Contraindications 

For everyone's safety, please do not come to your appointment if you are sick, have been sick or exposed to someone who has been sick! Please understand, I do not get paid time off or sick leave. If you have any allergies, please let me know before treatment. I do not treat clients on Accutane, discontinue uses 12 months prior to scheduling an appointment. Discontinue use of Retin-A and other medications/products that exfoliate or thin the skin 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
